Biden judge rules that Congress cannot ban foreign citizens from voting in federal elections | Eastern NC Now

Judicial tyranny at its worst

ENCNow

It seems like every time you turn around, there is a new tyrannical power grab by Biden autopen judges and Obama judges.  The latest one, though takes the cake.

A Biden autopen judge in Miami has ruled that Congress' law banning foreign citizens from voting is "unconstitutional".  The ruling came in a criminal case of an illegal alien from Jamaica caught voting illegally in American elections.

Our founding fathers said expliciity that the judicial branch should be the weakest of the three branches of government, but with their constant tyrannical power grabs, our unelected and unaccountable Obama and Biden autopen judges are constantly trying to overshadow the other branches of government.

We should remember President Andrew Jackson who told the courts that if they got out of hand, he would just not listen to what they had to say.  President Abraham Lincoln also put the courts in their place and even issued an order for arrest of the chief justice of the US Supreme Cout.

Judges like this are un-American and unfit to serve. They need to be removed from office. Throw the bums OUT.

Maybe Trump should issue an executive order disqualifying all judicial appointments made by Biden's autopen because there is no way to know if it was Biden or someone else who actually appointed them.
