gov't will accept payment with penalties, no criminal charges
A business owned by the wife of Democrat US Senator Ron Wyden (D-Oregon) has been found to have fraudulently obtained a million dollar Covid "loan" for which repayment is not required, but which her business was not eligible for. It looks like the government will accept a return of the money with penalties and forego any criminal charges.
