Deputy Latitia Wade applied for and obtained warrants charging inmate Brandy Nicole Kinion, age 30 of West Barr Road in Chocowinity, NC with Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Local Confinement Facility, Furnishing a Controlled Substance to an Inmate, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
