The Senate unanimously voted Tuesday, Oct. 1, to reject the House’s version of the 2019 Farm Act, which would ban smokable hemp by May 2020. Now, it’s up to the House and Senate on whether they will appoint conferees to sort out the two chambers’ differences.

The farmhouse on the rabbit patch is old . . almost a century old. It was built at a time, when real wood was used and put together with nails made of real iron.

July is not meandering-in fact, it is going along at "break neck" speed. When I was younger, July did not pass "in a twinkling", as it does now.
