Lieutenant Jamie Cahoon applied for and obtained warrants charging Martin David Brinson, age 22, of Mary’s Chapel Church Road in Aurora, NC, with five(5) counts of Statutory Rape of a Person Who is 13, 14, or 15 Years Old by a Defendant Who Is at Least Six Years Older Than the Victim.
