Exactly CV. Most reasonable people can go up to 20 weeks. After that there has to be a real medical reason not just an inconvenience. Most of us lefties can agree to that provided rape and incest are included. Asking a woman to carry a rapist baby is beyond the pale.

Jann, I can appreciate the thoughtful response. However we often do insist people get vaccinated. Some people have always questioned it from smallpox to polio; my personal rights vs the common good. Covid is funny because even though over a million Americans died from it, most who get it don't die.
That said, President Trump was wise to push for vaccine development because it was the only path back to a normal life. You may decide not to take the vaccine but the least we can do is thank those who did. I still cant figure out this basic principle of public health and wellness got mixed up in politics and crackpot conspiracy theories.

Actually most of us know someone who has died from covid. The anti-vax movement is the the single dumbest movement on the planet. Most of us are alive today because of good nutrition, antibiotics and vaccines. Thats a fact. The Covid 19 vaccine was rushed, but saved millions of lives. And continues to save lives. Yes there will be side affects. Unknowns. Complications for some.Nothing is perfect.
My advice, get vaccinated, avoid large crowds and wear a mask when you cant. Thats about the best you can do.

Politics is about compromise. Treating elected commissioners so disrespectfully may not be the best way to get things done. Its OK to disagree on the issues but the election is over. You don't have the votes to get everything you want. My advice, save the attacks for the next election cycle and get to work. Remember, you catch more fly's with honey than with vinegar.
