Commented On NRA backstabs NC gun owners on Constitutional Carry
We have been trying since 2017 to get this passed in North Carolina and it really hurts to have the NRA stop this bill. I know alot of people who are moving away from the NRA because of this however we will continue to keep pushing our politicians to get this passed into law regardless of what the RHINOS want this may be a setback and make our fight longer but we will get it done I encourage everyone to call your representative daily until it becomes law

That is true Stan and why any abortion ruling will never make everyone happy. Compromise is the best path forward. And in NC anyway, I see this to be a reasonable compromise. Maybe we can compromise on other things?

I will never go back and watch Fox News again! The owners and the editors in the publishers for Fox News don't give one hoot in hell for the people that watch the network and the shows. They can't constantly complain about conservative voices just like the president Administration they're all going to hell! My mom and dad Tom and Sandy Hayward owned The Bistro during these times. Unfortunately the people that bought the place from my dad burned it down for insurance money in 1974? I think. Many musicians got discovered there like Jimmy Buffet, Oliver, Gordon Lightfoot, etc. My dad had a recording studio upstairs.

Lies, I was in the room as a parent at the last meeting on a number of questions it was told this is not common core. I personally have looked over this and it is not common core math. As a parent I am tired of the old people in there telling lies about this county that are not true. My child will do better under this math and we need to move forward!!!

Commented On NC Senate wants more say in appointment power
This appears to be a more diversified way of handling this instead of having just one man having total authority. However it also takes authority away from the elected government official whom the citizens have put into office. More discussion needs to happen to get a better idea of the outcome for the future of our state.

If a Drag show is sexual in nature, then it should be considered adult entertainment. However, simply being transgender/gay does not make it sexual. Society has acceptable standards for PDA. Two people holding hands in the park, OK. Two people dry humping in the produce isle at Piggly Wiggly, not so much. Whether its a straight or gay couple, Big Bob does not want to see it while picking up his broccoli. Would I take my kids to a Drag Queen Story hour, probably not. However if the events are not sexual in nature, I think a parent can make up their own mind about it. I think the Christian Right is over reacting.
