And your statement, as is usually the case, is factually wrong. According to the National Forest Service, natural causes of wildfires, including lightning strikes, only amount to 15% of US wildfires. Human causes, including arson, amount to 85% of wildfires causes.

And you are really twisting what you posted below. THat may have been what you intended to say, but that interpretation is really stretching what you actually posted.

What a denier you are, Bolshevik Bob. A guy is arrested for arson in starting the wildfire and you still want to say it is lightning? Actually, according to the National Forest Service, the vast majority of wildfires, 85% are caused by humans, not natural causes.

When Australia had a big batch of wildfires a few years back, it was found that a majority of them were arson, and many of the arsonists were caught. Yes there is the occaisional lightning strike or downed power line, but way too many of them, in this country too, are from arson. This is also not the first leftie ideologue caught starting a wildfire, and probably won't be the last. Illegal aliens have also been caught for starting wildfires. One thing that is NOT causing them, no matter what the far left politicians try to jabber on about, is "climate change".

There are many causes of wildfires. Lightning is the most likely cause of most.

A large proportion of wildfires are started by arsonists, and this is not the first time a leftwing political activist has been caught starting one. So have illegal aliens.
