ANY court that denies a party a change of venue when that is necessary to their getting a fair trial is a kangaroo court. I hang my head in sorrow over the way the far left is destroying the integrity of American courts. Too much politics and too little justice.
Whether or not a court is a kangaroo court is based on its actions or lack of actions, not where it happens to be located.

Sorry, Bigot Bob, but on the Chauvin trial the two perspectives were either support of due process or support of a kangaroo court, and you clearly support the latter, as you do in other politically charged cases. Your Marxist perspective in not the only one.

As I recall, the venue was not changed for Chauvin's case, so the deck was stacked that he could not get a fair trial. That is what they are trying to do to Trump to try him in localities with highly politically charged juries that are highly unlikely to give him a fair trial. Ditto with judges that ethically should recuse themselves for bias but they don't.
