Each year, they have to guess which flu strains will dominate, and gear the vaccine to those strains. Sometimes they guess right and sometimes they guess wrong. Nonetheless, I have been getting the flu shots for years. Viruses mutate, and that makes vaccines difficult.

Average effectiveness of the flu shot over a 13 year period, per the CDC is only 43.6% effective. Lowest year being 19% and the highest being 60% way back in 2010/2011 flu season.

Excess death AFTER a pandemic has run its course and after many have gotten the mRNA jabs is what we are looking at. Insurance execs started raising the alarm over this here in the US earlier this year, and the excess deaths are not people dying from Covid. Heck, government statistics from Taiwan last year which were posted on this site showed slightly mor people there had died from the vaccine than died of Covid itself.

Bobbie, if you go to mortality.watch you can find the entire list. This was just the top countries based on last quarter's excess mortality. The very top countries on this list are also the countries with the highest rates of vaccination with mRNA Covid jabs.
