    Little boys go to Summer Camp. Men go to Army Camp.

    A Vet friend sent me a detail description of the types of Army Camps. The list defines Major Supply Depot, Base Camp, Fire Support Base, Logger Site, Night Logger Site, and Ambush Site. Someday, I hope he will publish his documentation.

    What I want to accomplish now is a brief overview of the daily routine of the vets stationed In Country.

    I have heard about boredom but never experience it in the Navy. There was always something to do after a 12 hour work day 7 days a week with no weekend plans to think about.

    This is well constructed Hooch for you and 12 buddies.

    A good time was had by all. This is much better than a tent.

    There was time to read the Dear John letters and write the Dear Joan memo.

    Sand lot baseball, football, and other sports entertained the guys. I have a photo of a make shift Putt Putt course.

    The USO shows are remembered to this day.

    Maybe I will write an article about how valuable the shows were to me. Or maybe just say now, "Thank you."
