Lois W. Roberson | Eastern NC Now

    Lois W. Roberson, age 70, a resident of Washington, NC passed away on June 20, 2015 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC.

    Mrs. Roberson was born in Beaufort County, NC on October 6, 1944 to the late Roy and Anzelette Windley Waters. She attended Beaufort County Schools and was a member of First United Methodist Church.

    She was married to Dr. James Harold "Bunk" Roberson who predeceased her in 2008. She is survived by her children: James Harold Roberson, Jr., Ginna Roberson Gray (Dr. Bruce Gray), Stephanie Roberson Barnard (David), Dr. Ainsley Roberson Rusevlyan (David); her sister, Lewellyn Wallace of Winston Salem, NC; five grandchildren and one great grandchild.

    In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her son, Charles Gray Roberson and her brother, Maynard Waters.

    A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at Oakdale Cemetery in Washington, NC. The family will receive friends after the service at the cemetery.
