Betty B. Carrow | Eastern NC Now

    Mrs. Betty Allen Buck Carrow, age 66, a resident of Bath, NC died Monday August 3, 2015 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital in Washington.

    A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday August 5, 2015 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington officiated by Reverend Curtis White. Burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens. Carlous Tetterton, Jess Buck, Gary Buck, John Taylor, Brandon Keech and Christopher Carrow will serve as pallbearers.

    The family will receive friends 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday August 4, 2015 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.

    Mrs. Carrow was born in Beaufort County on August 21, 1948 daughter of the late Jessie Allen Buck and the late Mary Catherine Tarkington Buck. She was a graduate of Bath High School. On March 30, 1973 she married Hubert Mayo Carrow who preceded her in death on September 5, 2012. Mrs. Carrow worked at Sears of Belhaven for thirteen years and later worked at Walmart of Washington for twenty-six years. At Walmart she was the Personnel Manager and Training Coordinator. She was also a member of Bath Christian Church.

    Mrs. Carrow is survived by a daughter: Jennifer Elizabeth Carrow Andreoli and her husband Stephen of Pinetown; a brother: Jessie Edward Buck and his wife Becky of Bath and four grandchildren: Crawford McCoy Douglas, Grace Marie Andreoli, Dominic Tayloe Andreoli II and Anthony Tayloe Andreoli.
