Barbara A. Carbo | Eastern NC Now

    Mrs. Barbara Ann Green Carbo, age 91, a resident of 302 East 12th Street, Washington, NC died Friday October 2, 2015 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital in Washington.

    A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.

    Mrs. Carbo was born in Harrisburg, PA on May 17, 1924 daughter of the late Lester Green and the late Rachel Etter Green. On September 2, 1951 she married Edward James Carbo, Sr. who preceded her in death on June 28, 2000. She was a homemaker who dedicated her life to her family as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

    Survivors include her children: Gordon Gray of New York, NY, Maryjane Carbo of Washington, NC, Edward J. Carbo, Jr. of Clinton, TN, Paul A. Carbo of Cross Junction, VA, Robert A Carbo of Clayton, NC, Susan J. Bauer of Eldersburg, MD, Thomas P. Carbo of Dundalk, MD and William F. Carbo of Catonsville, MD and twelve grandchildren.
