Harry Lee Mann, Jr. | Eastern NC Now

    Mr. Harry Lee Mann, Jr., age 60, a resident of 3683 Terrapin Track Road, Washington, NC died Friday January 22, 2016 at his home.

    A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday January 24, 2016 at the Mann Family Cemetery at the home. The service will be officiated by Dennis R. Davis. Pallbearers will be Tommy Douglas, Ronnie Woolard, Billy Joe Jackson, Mike Lee Jackson, Wayland Alligood, Stevie Yates, Colon Alligood, Phil Newberry, and Richard Allen Woolard.

    The family will receive friends at the home.

    Mr. Mann was born in Beaufort County on March 9, 1955 son of the late Harry Lee Mann, Sr. and the late Mary Woolard Mann. He was a 1973 graduate of Washington High School. On December 7, 1997 he married the former Linda Lee Boyd. Mr. Mann was the owner operator of Mann's Mowing Service and a member of the Friends & Neighbors Club "The Man Thing", The Southern Dismal Hunting Club and Everetts Church of Christ.

    Surviving along with his wife Linda of the home is a son: Stetson Lee Mann and wife Jessica of Washington; two step-sons: Brandon Lee Woolard of Washington and Brent Ross Woolard of Beaufort and one granddaughter: SaraBeth Leigh Woolard. Mr. Mann was proudly expecting the birth of his second granddaughter: Ella Elizabeth Mann.
