    Nancy Mae Stelpstra Huettmann Cutler, age 76, a resident of 17076 NC Hwy 32 N., Pinetown, NC died Saturday January 23, 2016 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital in Washington.

    A funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday January 28, 2016 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington officiated by Rev. Calvin Tuininga. Burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens with Fred Cutler, Jr., Cody Cutler, Cole Cutler, Forrest Warren, Ray Van Essendelft and Joseph Lluch serving as pallbearers.

    The family will receive friends 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday January 27, 2016 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington and other times at the home.

    Mrs. Nancy was born in Passaic County, NJ on February 24, 1939 daughter of the late John and Nellie Stapard Stelpstra. She was a graduate of Eastern Academy in North Haldeon, NJ. On November 9, 1963 she married Ernest Huettmann who preceded her in death on March 26 1987. On November 29, 1999 she married Frederick Marshall Cutler, Sr. who survives. Mrs. Nancy was Owner/Co-Founder, along with her husband Ernest, of Acre Station Meat farm where she was vital in many aspects of its operation. Just as important as her family and their business she loved her church, Covenant United Reformed Church of Pantego.

    Surviving along with her husband Fred of the home are two sons: Ronnie Ernest Huettmann and his wife Debbie of Plymouth and Richard John Huettmann of Washington; a step-son: Fred Cutler, Jr. and his wife Tammy of Bath; a step-daughter: Sarah C. Warren and her husband Forrest of Belhaven; a brother: Rev. William Stelpstra of West Milford, NJ; seven grandchildren: Kristen Huettmann, Cody Cutler, Kaitlyn Richards, Cole Cutler, Emily Huettmann, Courtney Richards and Megan Huettmann and a great grandson: Hayden Huettmann. Mrs. Nancy was predeceased by a sister: Corrine Vanderstad.
