    Raleigh, N.C.     Governor Pat McCrory joined local officials and emergency responders for a tour of Goldsboro and Kinston today as the Neuse River is expected to crest near record levels tomorrow.

    "I just want to commend this incredible teamwork that we've had in both Goldsboro and Lenoir County. All I'm hearing is praise about the cooperation between the city and county, churches, The Salvation Army, Red Cross and the National Guard," said Governor McCrory. "I've never seen such teamwork and resilence and compassion of people in Goldsboro and Kinston today."
