    GREENVILLE, NC     Do you have a New Year's resolution? Is it to lose weight, get fit or be more confident? Vidant Wellness Centers can help.

    The Vidant Wellness Centers will be hosting Resolution Day on Saturday, Jan. 7, from 9 a.m. to Noon at each of the Vidant Wellness Centers in Ahoskie, Greenville, and Washington. Guests are invited to stop by anytime during the floating event.

    Not a member? No problem. Everyone is invited to sit down with an exercise specialist and other team members-including registered dietitians-and write a resolution prescription based on individual goals.

    Guests are invited to check out the aquatics, children's and membership departments. Tours will be available, including access to the 10,000 square feet of renovated space in Greenville.

    This event is open to the public and current members of the Vidant Wellness Centers. Members are encouraged to bring along a friend or family member to participate.

    Expect to spend about 30 minutes working through the resolution consultation and other offerings. Guests are invited to try out the exercise equipment for free, too. Please note that exercise attire will be needed to do so.
