Now, this is pure politics to get the Education Industry whipped up.

If Cooper really cared about education and teachers, he would work to put discipline back into the classrooms and then he would create a meritocracy within the school system to take the money used now for teachers and pay the best more and the rest less.

Some teachers are paid far too much and some too little.
