Updating N.C. redistricting scorecard



Both the U.S. Supreme Court and a state-level Superior Court panel are considering legal challenges involving N.C. election redistricting. Meanwhile, reformers are pushing again this year to change the way North Carolina draws election maps. Mitch Kokai, John Locke Foundation senior political analyst, offered a redistricting “scorecard” during a presentation Monday for JLF’s Shaftesbury Society.
