Democratic Socialist Controlled House Judiciary Committee Votes to Send Two Articles of Impeachment to the Full House | Eastern NC Now

    For the fourth time in the history of the United States, the U.S. House of Representatives are within the reach of Impeaching the president of the United States. This morning, December 13, 2019, the Democratic Socialist controlled House Judiciary Committee, by a margin of 23 to 17, voted to send Articles of Impeachment to the full House to Impeach the President of the United States for only the 3rd time in our Republic's history for their specious contrived versions of "high crimes / misdemeanors": "Abuse of Power" and "Obstruction of Congress"; neither are crimes or misdemeanors, which makes these Democratic Socilaists' subjective contrivances merely differences of political opinions between their well orchestrated Resistance Movement and those elected to govern properly.

    In this House Judiciary Committee's less than one week of Impeachment hearings - the shortest of this nature in our Republic's history - these Democratic Socialists called no fact witnesses, which then produced only opinions of presumptive activities of the Excutive Branch contrary to the arbitrary principles of how Democratic Socialists would otherwise govern a Constitutional Republic. Moreover, the hypocrisy of these Democratic Socialists on Judiciary, and before this meeting those that sat on the mostly closed door hearings of the Democratic Socialists' Intel Committee, was palpable. These are many of the same dubious, hypocritical politicians, who refused to investigate any scandalous activity during the preceding Obama Administrating, thereby only representing the constituency of their partisan Democratic Socialists base, often repeatng to the World at large: "Elections have consequences!"

    Since President Donald Trump was elected in November, 2016, and inaugurated in late January, 2017, the Democratic Socialists, by their caucus leadership's direction, have consistently advocated for the Impeachment of this President, even making it a campaign issue in most Leftist congressional districts. After nearly 3 years of Democratic Socialist wishing and hoping, the Resistance Left is on the verge of achieving their most overarching ardent political desire - the partisan process of removing a constitutionally elected president.

    Should the full Impeachment of President Donald J. Trump be realized, the U.S. Senate will summarily try these thinly based Articles of Impeachment in a fair manner with full Due Process as protected by the U.S. Constitution, quite unlike the "Sham" Impeachment hearings conducted by the Democratic Socialists. In reference to the highly partisan nature of the U.S. House of Representatives' real "Obstruction of Congress",, which is their real constitutional duty to perform, the Beaufort County Commissioners have publicly moved that the House suspend their egregiously partisan and flawed political ambitions by weaponizing the People's House.
