    Relationship Building = Repeat Business

The most effective and inexpensive tool to grow any business is word of mouth advertising. Customers refer their friends and colleagues to individuals and companies they like the most and have the strongest relationships with. Most of what you do day-to-day at work should be tied to building relationships and keeping your customers happy and satisfied. The smartest companies of today continuously sharpen their focus on this area because good relationships create loyal customers, and loyal customers create repeat business- over and over again. In fact, data shows that most customers are not only loyal, but are also willing to pay more money and share more information with companies they have built strong relationships with. Learn how to create stronger relationships with your customers and create a win-win for everyone! This will be presented by Tonya Snider, founder and CEO of tenBiz, Inc., who specializes in business strategy, training and project management and helps companies grow, streamline and drastically improve their bottom line. It will take place on Thursday, May 14 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Marketing and Advertising for Your Business

Drawing attention to your business is tougher than ever before. Large chain stores, a challenging economy, the Internet, etc. have made the small business venture often times frustrating. BUT you can take matters into your hands and discover what you can do to bring customers to you. In this seminar David Mayo will teach low cost advertising/marketing strategies and methods, creating a marketing plan, scoring greater sales with current customers, and other "tricks" of the trade. This seminar will take place online on Monday, May 18 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    Financing Your Business

Starting your own business is part of the American dream. You've given this thought and sought advice. You are just about ready to begin. Then you ask yourself; how do I finance my business; who can give me good, solid, reliable advice; are there loans/grants available to assist me?; what should I be aware of? The economy can be tough, so consider taking this course. This workshop will take place on Monday, May 18 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

    Facebook Shops & Facebook Marketplace

If you want to be successful, you can't sit back and wait for customers to come to you — reach out to them. So where are they? Facebook. Facebook is the largest social network in the world, with more than 1.1 billion people logging in daily to spend an average of 58.5 minutes on the platform. That's insane. If you sell products online and you don't have a Facebook shop, you're missing a huge opportunity. Let Nick Hawks show you just how easy it is to "Sell to the World" for free. What is Facebook Marketplace? Marketplace is an easy, convenient way to market your small business and sell in your local area. Customers can look through your listings or search for items near them to find great things to buy. Why should I use Facebook Shops & Marketplace? You can list items for free and find new customers directly within Facebook. You don't have to download another app or set up a new account. Reach thousands of people in your local community and increase your sales. Nick Hawks is your presenter. This seminar will take place on Thursday, May 21 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
