Under the cover of Covid, and now in the shadow of the infamous Election Irregularities of that fated 2020 presidential election, with current emerging alleged election fraud in Nevada and Pennsylvania inconveniently slipping into the public discourse, there is proved a colluded ongoing Election Interference in the nomination of the Republican candidate, the likes of which has never occurred in our Constitutional Republic's history, albeit, the question remains: Do you support the plain-sight Election Interference of the Democratic Socialist party, employing its minions in their Propagandistic Media, and their Two Tiered Justice System?

October 28, 1978 - June 05, 2020
    Mr. Steven Earl Woolard, age 41, a resident of Terrapin Track Road, Washington died Friday, June 5, 2020.

    The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at Alligood Church of God, Mill Hole Road, Washington. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM at the church, conducted by Pastor Gary Bateman and Pastor Phillip Jethro. Burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens, Washington.

    The following will serve as pallbearers: Troy Woolard, Tony Winstead, Major Alligood, Wayland Alligood, Rusty Elks, Robert Midgett, and Jeremy Landeck.

    Mr. Woolard was born in Beaufort County on October 28, 1978. He was the son of Linwood Earl Woolard and Linda "Joyce" Dickinson Woolard. Mr. Woolard was a commercial fisherman. He attended Alligood Church of God. He enjoyed being a commercial fisherman and being on the water, especially the Pamlico River. In his spare time, Mr. Woolard loved hunting, fishing, gardening, walking his dogs and spending time with his family.

    Mr. Woolard is survived by his parents, Linwood and Joyce Woolard; brother, Bryan Keith Woolard; niece, Avery Grace Woolard; nephew, Bentley Hunter Woolard all of Washington; his three dogs, Ginger, Bella and Sonny; his cat, Gizmo and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

    The family will receive friends at other times at his parents' home, 2248 Terrapin Track Road, Washington.
