Presidents Day, 2021, It is Time to Consider the Presidency | Eastern North Carolina Now

    Presidents Day, this 2021, may be one of the most significant in the history of these United States. Think hard about this one immutable fact that a duly elected president, many will argue in ever election sought, was just Impeached for the second time and Acquitted likewise twice. This is a bad piece of history that we should all pray that will never be replicated.

    Additionally, all real Americans, not the non patriot fakes that openly, and seriously discuss how supporters of President Donald John Trump should re-educated in special camps, or through other measures of harassment by special and very negative dispensations, should pray that our Constitutional Republic in unified. Unified in the wisdom of what is the reality of what is the American experiment that so many of our forefathers have risked all to defend, and not the Pop version of what the unification of we republican patriots would consist of.

    Sadly, if one was to query these aforementioned vindictive, non patriot Trump haters, the vast majority of these Pop knowledge patrons would not even know what a United States president is elected to do; the vast power vested their hands, the limitations that bind them as by the United States Constitution. Without belaboring this expansive point, where knowledge of civic pride meets the reality of today's media saturated mess of a society, I will just hit on a few real points of what it means to be an American President.

    Primarily, the American President is the Chief Executive of the Executive Branch of government. The Executive Branch is one of the Federal Government's three branches of government; the other two branches - Legislative (congress), and Judiciary (federal court system). Of the 3 there interrelated, intergovernmental branches, our Founders set up the Legislative Branch as the most important, most powerful and why? Simply, the Legislative Branch (congress) is closest to the People.

    A close second in the most powerful branch of government is the Executive Branch - the president. The president is charged with great powers, primarily of those powers is to enforce the Law of the Land through the tremendous array of agencies, as administer by Cabinet, under the judicious and benevolent direction of the president; and as Commander and Chief of the military.

    The president can also draft Executive Orders (EOs) that act as laws and are enforceable as laws, providing they are not in conflict with laws written by congress; additionally, EOs would not take precedent over future conflicting laws legislated by congress. Executive Orders are an outstanding and hugely functional tool of the /Executive Branch; however, EOs have been well misused of late by the last two Democratic Socialist presidents.

    Much of the ire raised by duly elected President Trump was over his Executive Orders countermanding many of those originated by Democratic Socialist president Barack Hussein Obama. The infamous and non patriot engendered Russia Hoax, notwithstanding, was furthered, in near indefinite terms, by these non patriot politicians and in-league- bureaucrats. Most of the other Hussein Obama EOs were struck down by the Supreme Court as unconstitutional, many of which were to reward Illegal Immigration, but it takes time to adjudicate through the Federal Court system.

    Understanding the delays to adjudicate, Democratic Socialist President Covid Joe has originated a record 38 Executive Actions, many to reverse Executive Actions by President Donald Trump, many in conflict with the Legislative Branch, and will eventually be reversed. Even though the Democratic Socialist Propagandist Media, Orwellian in Scope, have applauded all Executive Actions as they are colluded to do. Most are silly, well actually stupid in concept, and, when reversed, will be an immutable stain upon the Open Borders Joe presidency.

    At least they will not have President Trump, his family, and his associates that aided in his election, and, or the success of his remarkable presidency, "to kick around any longer."

Now that the Democratic Socialist controlled House of Representatives have completed their second Frivolous Impeachment of now Ex-President Donald John Trump, with the Article of Impeachment in the process of being delivered to the US Senate: Where do you stand?

  Ex-President Trump gave me TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome) and deserves the worst of it.

  Ex-President Trump is no longer president, and the US Senate cannot constitutionally Impeach and remove an ex-president.

  I thought he was already Impeached, so ... What was the question?
