War on History - statues of 2 queens and Capt. Cook toppled

Statues outside the provincial Parliament building in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada have been toppled by a Communist Party of Canada mob, in broad daylight with not a policeman in sight.  The statues pulled down were those of Queen Elizabeth II, Queen Victoria, and explorer Captain James Cook.  The communists even arrogantly put up videos under the #CancelCanada hashtag.  In the aftermath, one man was stungunned and arrested, but it appears he was a citizen upset with the attack on history, not one of the communist perps.

Attacking history is one of the long established techniques of totalitarian movements, and it is not just communist mobs doing it.  Sympathetic or just cowardly politicians too often go along with it, as the Pitt County commissioners shamefully did with the war memorial at their courthouse, and Pelosi recently did with southern monuments in the Capitol, with our own RINO congressman Greg Murphy shamefully voting with Pelosi instead of with the majority of Republicans who opposed that move.

The Maoist Cultural Revolution style War on History is not limited to the United States.  The entire western world is under assault.
