Anti-Trump Congressman Gonzalez (RINO-Ohio) announces retirement | Eastern NC Now

another one bites the dust

ENCNow

Faced with a Trump-endorsed primary opponent who had raised over a half million dollars and was 9 points ahead in the polls, RINO Never Trump Congressman Anthony Gonzalez has announced his retirement.  Gonzalez was one of ten Republicans to vote for the impeachment of President Trump.

Gonzalez had narrowly won his first primary over a conservative state legislator with the financial help of the corrupt crony capitalists of the US Chamber of Commerce which had dumped $300.000 into the primary campaign.

Marine veteran Max Miller, who served in the Trump White House, now has a clear shot at the seat.
