13 counties include 5 in NYC suburbs
New York Governor Kathy Hochul has not yet even signed the executive order imposing the mask mandate she has announced on the citizens of her state, but 13 counties, one fourth of the total number of counties in the state have announced that they will defy it and not enforce it. The counties include 5 heavily populated counties in the New York City suburbs. More counties are expected to join the pushback against the governor's overreach.
