Beaufort County Commissioner Hood Richardson has Issues - January 3, 2022 | Eastern North Carolina Now

January 12, 2022 - Publisher's note: Due to a publishing SNAFU, I have been remiss in my duties, here at BCN, regarding the proper categorization of county government publications; in particular, the Enhanced County Government Videos, begun August 1, 2019.

Therefore, to thoroughly correct this miscue, I will make the proper categorical correction, and bring these archives forward beginning on January 12, 2022; mixing these historical patterns of fact in with the current news of our day. Some posts brought forward will not be video broadcasts, but most informative posts as to who and what you Beaufort County Commissioners are, and how they govern.

Each month, Beaufort County's governing board convenes to do the People's business, and each month Commissioner Hood Richardson has a plethora of issues.

Beaufort County Commissioner Hood Richardson is a governing lion protecting his constituents' best interests when it comes to performing his elected charge to enact: fiscal budgeting, wise policy and diligent oversight. The Commissioner's welcoming embrace of his sworn allegiance to the constitutional discharge of his representative duties is a site to behold.

Not always a congenial sight of abject statesmanship, Commissioner Richardson, however, is continually on point to at least be consistent in his application of the truest Republican perspective - standing strong as the political voice of his known constituents.
