Mr. Hubert “Russell” Woolard Sr. | Eastern NC Now

   Mr. Hubert “Russell” Woolard Sr., age 70, a resident of River Creek Dr., Washington, died Friday, October 12, 2012, at River Trace Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Washington, NC. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

   Mr. Woolard was born in Beaufort County on April 14, 1942, son of the late Charlie and Alice Woolard. He graduated from Washington High School and worked as a truck driver for Pepsi-Cola Bottling Co. for 31 years. He later worked for Taylor Oil Co.

    Mr. Woolard is survived by his son, Hubert Woolard, Jr. of Washington; his daughter, Paula W. Webster and husband Kevin Lee Webster of Pinetown; his sister, Stella Edwards of Washington; and his grandchildren, Nichole (Nikki) Woolard of Washington, Branden Lee Webster of Pinetown and Christopher Lloyd Webster of Pinetown.

   Mr. Woolard was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.

   In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to the American Diabetes Association, 1701 N. Beauregard St., Alexandria, VA 22311.
