Actually, the Lt. Gov is a politician; we all are as soon as we file for office.

We are a Constitutional Republic foremost; but, we are also a Representative Republic and a Democratic Republic; for me depending how I phrase my sentence for its purpose.

What we are not is a "Democracy".

I wouldn't classify Lt. Gov as a politician; I'd classify him as a warrior statesman. Sadly, few publicly recognize the fact that we're a constitutional republic and not a "democracy".

That's something else we'll get to.....
