New study shows state budgets getting slammed by Medicaid costs

ENCNow

A new study by the Foundation for Government Accountability reported on Fox Business channel shows escalating Medicaid payments  largely driven by improper payments are becoming a major problem in state budgets.  Indeed, 90% of the growth in Medicaid comes from payments to those who are not qualified for the program.  Those improper payments increased after Obamacare.

Here in North Carolina a Roy Cooper appointee to a key medical board was recently indicted for over a million dollars in Medicaid fraud.

Yet Roy Cooper keeps demanding that North Carolina impose the Obamacare Medicaid expansion in our state, and weak-kneed or corrupt establishment Republicans want to give it to him.  One of those is the state Senator gifted to our county by redistricting, Kinston RINO Senator Jim Perry.  If you look at Perry's contribution forms, it is clear that he is bought and paid for by Big Medicine.

Need to clean up the fraud committed by individuals so they can get or stay on Medicaid. Many people don't report entire household income, get those that hire them especially in some business to cut personal checks instead of payroll checks, many people work for cash and it is not reported. I personally am tired of supporting those that cheat the system to keep a lifestyle. Some really need it others don't if they were honest.
