    N.C. House Speaker Tim Moore, R-Cleveland, sat down with Dallas Woodhouse of Carolina Journal during the Carolina Liberty Conference on Saturday. He talked about the new redistricting maps, upcoming elections, and masking rules. Moore told Woodhouse he intends to serve a fifth term as speaker.
