Biden decree may force schools to let boys into girls restrooms and locker rooms | Eastern North Carolina Now

Perverted distortion of Title IX would impact schools that received federal money

ENCNow

The Biden regime has announced it intends to use the rulemaking process to rule by decree and pervert Title IX in ways never comprehended or intended by Congress in a gross abuse of power that is harmful to the American people.  By bureaucratic fiat they would expand discrimination based on sex to include sexual orientation and gender identity.  Their new proposed rule has been published but not yet taken effect.

This would do many harmful thinks.  It would allow boys who claim to identify as girls to enter girls restrooms and locker rooms at school, from pre-K to university, even if they claimed they were "fluid" and only identified that way on occasion.  It would allow mediocre boy athletes to cheat by competing in girls sports where their stronger body build would give them an unfair advantage.

It would also define using the "wrong" pronouns as "sexual harassment"

The Biden Department of Agriculture is threatening to cut off school lunch subsidies if school systems do not follow the regime's radical gender policy.  The bully who steals your child's lunch money may be named Joe Biden.

There is a way out of this mousetrap, however.  It only applies to schools taking federal funding.  It is time for local school boards like here in Beaufort County to tell the federal government to get stuffed.  Then we need to get our Congressmen and Senators to abolish the US Department of Education, and until that is accomplished to zero out their funding and replace it with grants to the states with NO strings attached.
