NEW YORK, NY     The acclaimed morning TV show Good Morning America recognized a significant moment in American history by posting a tweet celebrating Joe Biden as the country's first white, male U.S. president.

As part of a series of thoughtful tweets, this message celebrating milestones in race and gender follows an earlier tweet celebrating Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson as "The first Black Supreme Court justice in US history."

"Not only do we now have a white, male president, but also a black Supreme Court justice after all these years," said co-anchor George Stephanopoulos just before conducting a hard-hitting interview with a woman who sings to cows. "Justice Jackson will surely have her hands full dealing with conservative, white justices such like Amy Coney Barrett and Clarence Thomas."

"That's right George," said long-time host Robin Roberts while holding a rare albino peacock chick brought in by the show's regular zookeeper guest. "Perhaps it's time Good Morning America hired a black anchor."

"I agree," answered coanchor Michael Strahan, looking into the wrong camera.

At publishing time, Good Morning America had just posted a tweet reminding people that vaccines help stop the spread of COVID-19.
