Yesterday, Cheri Beasley once again skipped Vice President Kamala Harris’ stop in the Tar Heel State.

Press Release:

Washington, D.C.     Yesterday, Cheri Beasley once again skipped Vice President Kamala Harris' stop in the Tar Heel State.

But that didn't stop Harris from reminding all North Carolinians that Beasley is the Biden Administration's candidate of choice, giving her a shoutout during remarks in Charlotte. But that's not all, Beasley's name was invoked alongside proud socialist John Fetterman!

    From the White House's transcript:

A hundred and ten days out. And right now -- I'll just be very frank with you -- we need to elected two more senators in the United States Senate who are willing to pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Act and the Freedom to Vote Act -- (applause) -- who are willing to take seriously and pass the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act. (Applause.) Who will stand up for the Women's Health (Protection) Act. (Applause).

Two votes, right here in North Carolina -- Cheri Beasley -- (applause) -- who can win (inaudible).

I was just in Pennsylvania -- John Fetterman -- right? -- who can win. And if we pick up some seats, then during the course of our administration, we can really see through what we got started.

Beasley can run and hide all she wants from the Administration and the failed policies that she wholeheartedly endorses, but she can't stop the Vice President from reminding voters that Beasley is on their team.

Statement from NRSC Spokesman T.W. Arrighi: "Cheri Beasley is one of the White House's favorite Senate candidates and it's not hard to see why. She supports their agenda from top to bottom, was hand-picked by Chuck Schumer, and has good relations with the far-left wing of the party like Rep. Cori Bush. Why Beasley would want to run away from such adulation is hard to say - maybe she'll be asked about it someday!"
