A national watchdog group lists U.S. Rep. Kathy Manning of North Carolina's 6th congressional district as one of the top ethics violators in 2022.

The Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust, or FACTS, chided Manning, a Democrat serving her third term in the U.S. House, for failing to disclose stock trades of up to $1.25 million.

"Manning and her husband made 51 stock transactions in 2021 and did not disclose the stock trades until February 2022," a statement from the organization reads. "Many of Rep. Manning's trades were in tech stocks that could be hugely impacted by legislative battles unfolding in Congress this past year. Rep. Manning was one of eight representatives seeking to delay the package of antitrust legislation from moving forward in the House Judiciary Committee."

The watchdog group originally identified the transactions in March when it filed a complaint with the Office of Congressional Ethics to investigate Manning.

"We urge the OCE to immediately investigate this situation in which Rep. Manning's personal stock trades and official action seemingly overlapped," said Kendra Arnold, FACTS executive director, at the time.

Manning won reelection 54% to 45% over her Republican challenger in November.

Considering what has happened to our Representative Republic since the corruptive orthodoxy that led to the tolerated abomination - The Russia Hoax - where felonies were perpetrated upon the American People by the creation of the Two Tiered Justice System, in the misnomer of "Social Justice:" Where do you stand on sustaining our constitutionally guaranteed freedoms in a society where injustice is chronically sanctioned by one political orthodoxy?
I believe in a perfected society by employing a higher governmental authority to train the behavior of the public.
The United States Constitution does not allow just a few freedoms, it guarantees ALL freedoms promised to Humankind by God.
