Creep State: SEC Investigates Elon Musk’s Twitter Purchase After Biden Said It Was ‘Worth Being Looked At’ | Eastern North Carolina Now

    Welcome to the Creep State, where the Deep State springs into action at the behest of the creeps of the Biden administration.

    The latest evidence we're living in a totalitarian regime can be found in the SEC's announcement today that they are investigating Elon Musk's purchase of Twitter - now known as X. They're even taking him to court to get him to testify. The lawsuit came almost a year after President Joe Biden (creeper-in-chief) said that the business move was "worth being looked at" and declined to say if he thought that Musk was a national security threat.

    When asked how he would do that, Biden ominously chuckled, "There's a lot of ways."

    Well, now, multiple government agencies have opened probes or lawsuits into Musk and his many businesses. On Thursday, CNBC reported that the SEC has sued Musk in "an effort to compel the billionaire to testify over his purchase of Twitter last year."

    Musk reportedly failed to show up for testimony on September 15 after being served a subpoena in May 2023, per the media outlet.

    "Musk's ongoing refusal to comply with the SEC's administrative subpoena is hindering and delaying the SEC staff's investigation to determine whether violations of the federal securities laws have occurred," the attorneys wrote in the complaint. "Accordingly, the SEC now asks the Court to compel Musk to appear for investigative testimony."

    What's Musk's crime? Well, on paper it's hard to say. The SEC is just asking questions.

    In reality, it appears he committed the unforgivable sin of going against the Left and exposing the corruption between the federal government and Twitter to censor Americans. After purchasing Twitter, he embarrassed and weakened the government's ability to control the people. He supported free speech and refused to bow to tyrants.

    He does things like shoot guns, criticize the FBI, praise Tucker Carlson's interviews, reject radical gender ideology, and has a sense of humor. More egregiously - to Biden and his ilk in The Swamp - he doesn't go along with the latest Forever War in Ukraine. He puts Americans first.


    All of that, and more, is why the Left hates him.

    Biden telegraphed that Musk would be investigated. Now, it's happening. Nobody should be surprised at what The Creep State will do.

In light of continued developments, primarily since 2008, there exists in these United States a Legal System which operates on a proved Two Tiered approach to justice rendered, which primarily benefits Democratic Elites and Woke Ideological Virtue Signalers, representing their co-dependent wards, to the expressed exclusion of normal hardworking American citizens: What is your suggestion in remedying this widespread injustice and, if not corrected, its existential outcome for our Constitutional Republic?

  Complete overhaul of the Department of Justice and their enforcers - the FBI - to reflect a far more honest justice system to keep patriots remaining calm.

  Disband the FBI, and request that congress investigate all unethical and non patriotic practices to partially right the wrongs of a distrusted and politically weaponized "Department of Justice."

  Continue with the current system since the two tiered justice system has been so remarkably beneficial to Democratic Socialist political hegemony; chronic distrust in institutions notwithstanding.
