AUSTIN, TX     Continuing its mission to show how Taylor Swift can point people to Christ, The Gospel Coalition proudly announced the release today of Fearless: The Taylor Swift Study Bible.

"It's like a Taylor Swift concert, but in book form - and for Jesus," said TGC president Sandy Wilson. "Who better than singer-songwriter and cultural icon Taylor Swift to provide us with rich, accessible Biblical exegesis?"

According to sources at The Gospel Coalition, the Study Bible idea was hatched after employees attended a Taylor Swift concert and were overcome with Gospel parallels. "When you're overwhelmed with Taylor's beauty, your mind is experiencing just a taste of the beauty of Jesus," said staff writer Ben Griffin. "We couldn't help but immediately think - who could better guide us to the Lord in Holy Scripture? Why not let the author of 'You Belong To Me' open our eyes to the God we belong to?"

Reviewers say Fearless: The Taylor Swift Study Bible draws images out of Taylor Swift's discography to explain the truths of Holy Scripture. "Hidden in the depths of Taylor's 'Shake It Off', we find a perfect image for how to deal with the flaming arrows of the evil one," said Ms. Wilson. "We hope everyone will take the opportunity to let the writer of 'Love Story' guide you through the ultimate love story of God and His people."
