That cokmes from Biden's high inflation, Biden's high interest rates, and the flood of illegal aliens Biden is allowing across the border to flood the housing market.

While there are issues like the rise in interest rates under Biden and general inflation, one of the biggest factors in soaring rents and home prices, as well as hotel prices, is Biden's open borders. This is creating a new demand for housing that is usually paid for by taxpayer money to subsidize these parasites. President Trump's plan to deport these freeloaders back to where they came from will help ease housing costs.
