Caught between longtime support of radical far left positions on a wide variety of issues and her need to put up a facade for a not-so-left electorate, one of Kamala Harris' smoke screens has been to say she "will just follow the law",  The problem is that Kamala Harris' history is that she does NOT follow the law.  The Washington Examiner has published a great editorial on that subject entitled "Harris has no intention of following the law."

The editorial keys in on US immigration law, which the Biden-Harris regime has blatantly failed to follow, ignoring the laws passed by Congress with their own contrary executive orders and regulations.   There are lots of other examples, however, like Biden-Harris putting out a regulation that completely turns Title IX as passed by Congress on its head, where it no longer protects women, as Congress passed it to do, but instead protects radical gender identity ideology and sexual prefernce (homosexuality).  Congress wanted to protect girls sports, but Kamala Harris wants to destroy them by requiring scholl athletic teams to allow biological males to participate.
