Trump names immigration hardliner Tom Homan as new Border Czar to replace Harris | Eastern NC Now

Homan is former Director of ICE

ENCNow

The new Border Czar named by Trump is the exact opposite of current Border Czar Kamala Harris.  President Trump has named the former Director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Tom Homan, an immigration hardliner, to the position in the new administration.   Trump made clear that Homan will be in charge of all aspects of illegal immigration including border security, interior enforcement, aviation and maribime borders, and deportation.  Homan is someone who not only has the will but also the technical knowledge to start moving quickly to secure our borders and start deporting Biden's illegal alien horde.

Maybe a certain commenter should stop using so much cocaine, as it might reduce the number of inane comments he posts.

Deadbeats invading our country to mooch off of the American taxpayer has nothing to do with cocaine, except that maybe some of them may smuggle it or fentynal into the country along with smuggling themselves in. The Mexican crime cartels now make a lot more from human smuggling than they do from drug smuggling.

Maybe Americans could stop buying so much cocaine? That would reduce the need for asylum.

It is encouraging that Trump also wants to tackle the ambiguity about citizenship by place of birth alone. The legal basis of that is shaky and Trump needs to push to get us to where most industrialized countries are, basing citizenship on the nationality of the parents, not the place of birth.

Trump also needs to deal with the asylum scam, where economic migrants get their foot in the door by claiming asylum that they are not entitled to.

Far better than the current lying idiot.

Tom Homan is a great choice. He will get things moving quickly, and yes, we do need zero tolerance at the border.
