Trump to tackle wokeness in armed forces with new review board | Eastern NC Now

Obama raised eyebrows of many in the military by prematurely retiring a raft of traditional war-fighter generals and admirals and replacing them with more woke replacement, who thought fighting "climate change" was more important than being prepared to take on major international adversaries.  This got worse under Biden when the Marxist and racist DEI agenda was imposed throughout our armed forces.

In Trump's first term, he did little to tackle this problem.  Now with military recruitment plumeting due to the wokeness in our military, he is poised to eliminate the wokeness.  Taking a cue from what our military did in 1940, he is planning to set up a new fitness board or retiring senior generals and admirals to review all serving senior generals and admirals with the goal of imediately retiring those who do not measure up to traditional military standards.

Generals like Mark Milley who proudly boasted of reading Marx, Lenin, and Mao but apparently not ever our own founding fathers are not what America needs.  Neither are any who have ever promoted DEI.
