Supreme Court ruling: Accepting a pardon is an “Admission of Guilt!” | Eastern North Carolina Now

Supreme Court ruling from 1915

ENCNow

A Presidential Pardon does not take effect unless the suspect accepts it. That according to a little known, 1915 ruling from the Supreme Court, once accepted, the pardon serves as an “imputation of guilt,” or what’s more commonly known as an admission. Because accepting the pardon is “essential to it’s validity,” I am demanding the Biden family, Dr. Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley, the members of the J6 Committee and everyone else http://siirays.aaps.gob.bo/ Biden unsurprisingly pardoned declare their acceptance of the pardon publicly. Because, according to the Supreme Court, it would also serve as a declaration of guilt.

Convicted? So were those charged in the Staiin Show Trials, which was a similar politicized kangaroo court. The jury pool is Washington, DC is extremely partisan and would not give a Republican defendant an even break in a politically charged prosecution, or for that matter give an honest prosecution to a Democrat.

That is why prosecutions of the Democrat hacks who have betrayed our immigration laws need to be charged and tried some place like rural Texas.

See it’s a tuff one. J6 are all convicted. Now pardoned. Which proves they were guilty in the first place.

In 2020, Adam Schiff, who received a Biden pardon, said on TV that president's do no give pardons to people who are not guilty.

When he accepted the 2025 Biden pardon, it would seem Schiff was admitting guilt.

J6ers are political prisoners in Biden's gulag. Solzenitzen would understand.

In the real insurrection, the summer before, run by ANTIFA and BLM, the Democrats raised money for their bail and most insurrectionists were slapped on the wrist, even when they laid seige for days to the White House itself and burned down a historic church across the street. Those thugs were never hunted down like people who calmly walked in the Capitol were.

Non Patriots Harris and Biden should be investigated, and Texas is as fine of a place as any I know of.

Real people live in Texas.

Nobody in the Biden regime scheme to thwart our immigration laws has been pardoned, not border czar Kamala, skinhead Castro Cuban thug Mayokas, or any of them. What is needed is a grand jury seated in rural Texas to investigate the subversion of our immigration laws, and the indictments need to be brought for prosecution in rural Texas, not Washington, DC. Juries in Washington, DC are so overtly partisan, that a Republican cannot get a fair trial or a Democrat an honest prosecution.
