Air Traffic Controll is an area where the travelling public expects staff to be the most skilled and proficient individuals possibly, not people hired to meet a quota. It is an area however that has been corrupted by DEI to dumb down the qualifying tests and judge candidates on ethnicity and other minority status rather than skills. This started in the Obama regime and has gotten worse under Biden.
Now a DEI activist has admitted that he has been sharing the correct answers ahead of time with minority candidates for air traffic control jobs, allowing them to cheat on the exams. A tape has been found of Shelton Snow, a leader of the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees offering to share those answers with minority applicants.
Now, the US Department of Transportation has opened an investigation into this practice which threatens air safety.
