Bills to ban biological males who claim to be "transgender" from restrooms for women and girls have passed in both Tennessee and New Hampshire.  The Tennessee bill has now passed both the House and Senate by big margins and Governor Bill Lee is expected to sign it into law.

In New Hampshire, the bill has passed the House and is expected to pass the Senate.  A similar bill passed both houses last session but was vetoed by RINO former governor Chris Sununu.  The bill is again expected to pass the Senate, and this time NH has a governor with the backbone to sign it.

North Carolina once had a similar law but cowardly RINO legislative leaders PHil Berger and Tim Moore manuvered to repeal it.  That led to disgusted conservatives staying home at the next election to cause the GOP to lose its supermakority in the legislature.
