US House passes bill to rein in rogue federal judges on nationwide injunctions | Eastern NC Now

stopping the far left judicial insurrection

ENCNow

The US House of Representatives has passed a bill to shut down the ability of rogue politicized far left Democrat federal judges from issuing nationwide injunctions.  The bill will now go to the Senate.  The Constitution gives Congress the power to define the jurisdiction of federal courts, and that is what this bill seeks to do.  It will stop the political abuse of courts by out of control Obama and Biden judges who are playing politics with their court orders.  Federal judges, after all, are just one class of unelected unaccountable political appointees.

Great bill and badly needed, but it is going to be difficult to get through the Senate due to filibuster.
