Our founding fathers never intended the courts to get into policy making like this. In the Federalist Papers they said the courts should be the weakest branch of government because they are not accountable to the people. Judges are definitely throwing their weight around where they should not.

This shows what moronic ideologues these Obama judges are. Everybody except them seems to know that the Covid pandemic is long over. They just want to see government money spend and do not care what the excuse is. Obama and Biden judges are engaged in power grabs that are a threat to democracy and must be stopped.
