Angels N Camo Named Finalist In Toyota 100 Cars For Good Program | Eastern North Carolina Now

News Release:

    WASHINGTON, NC     Washington-based organization, Angels N Camo is one of 250 finalists in Toyota's 100 Cars for Good program, which will award vehicles to 100 nonprofit organizations based on votes from the public beginning Oct. 1, 2013.

    Toyota's 100 Cars for Good program will showcase five nonprofit organizations each day for 50 days at Facebook.com/Toyota. Visitors to the page will receive two votes each day to select two separate winning organizations they feel are most deserving of new Toyota vehicles. Angels N Camo will be one of the five organizations highlighted for voting on October 11th.

    Local residents are encouraged to support Angels N Camo in the quest for a new Toyota Tundra. If Angels N Camo receives the most votes and is awarded the vehicle, it will be used to transport children to and from their adventure. Currently, parents have to drive to the adventure location in their personal vehicle. It would help issues of parents that may not have a reliable vehicle for traveling long distances if Angels N Camo could provide transportation in an organization vehicle. Angels N Camo would use the

    truck for hunting adventures and for transporting hunting and fishing necessities that are needed for adventures. The truck would also be used for traveling when doing speaking engagements and when setting up information booths at community events.
