Judicial coup: Sotomayor & Jackson say dist courts do not have to obey SCOTUS | Eastern NC Now

radical Democrat justices would allow radical district judges to sow chaos

ENCNow

The US Supreme Court recently ruled by 7 to 2 to slap down radical Biden autopen district Judge Brian Murphy who had tried to disregard a decision on the US Supreme Court.  Murphy had the gall to order the Trump administration to continue to follow his order, even thought the SCOTUS had overturned it.  The Supreme Court had to go back and slap him down again.

What is really appalling is that the two dissenting justices on the second slap down signed onto an opinion saying essentially that district judges should be able to continue to do what they want, even when the Supreme Court has specifically ruled otherwise.  These were Obama Justice Sotomayor and Biden Justice Jackson.  The more rational Obama Justice Kagan wanted no part of that chaos and signed on with the majority.

The Wall Street Journal has a good editorial on the absolute insanity of Jackson and Sotomayor's politically motivated opinion:

The Supreme Court should have probably gone even farther with mutineer Murphy and held him in contempt of the Supreme Court with a fine or jail time.
