Letitia James, Adam Schiff now on receiving end of criminal investigations | Eastern NC Now
both involved in alleged mortgage fraud
New York Attorney General Letitia James and former Congressman now Senator Adam Schiff were involved in politically fabricating fake politically motivated charges against Donald Trump. In recent months, media investigations have revealed serious allegations of mortgage fraud against both, real substantiated charges if the media reports are anywhere near correct. Mortgage fraud is a federal felony, as are bank fraud, and wire fraud, which are also being investigated. Together they could carry 30 years in prison.
The US Department of Justice has appointed former Washington, DC Interim US Attorney Ed Martin, a rough as nails prosecutor as Special Prosecutor to investigate the allegations and bring appropriate charges against James and Schiff. While mortgage fraud and related charges are alleged against both, they arise from completely different sets of facts.
Letitia James campaigned for Attorney General on the pledge to use that office to "get" President Trump and then proceeded to do just that. Ironically, in addition to being involved in the fake charges prosecuted on the Stormy Daniels matter, she was even more directly involved in fabricating a phony loan fraud case against Trump. Now, it turns out that James herself, was the one who actually WAS involved in bank fraud.
Schiff, as a congressman, was heavily involved in the January 6 witch hunt.
Apparently, grand juries have already been impaneled in the two matters in Virginia and Maryland, where some of the property involved is located. The allegations against James involve loans on properties in both New York City and Virginia on which she made false representations to banks to get favorable loan terms. On her application for the loan on the Virginia rental property, James claimed it was for her primary residence, although she was an elected official in New York and that her father was in fact her husband. On the New York loan, she misrepresented the number of units in a small apartment building to get a lower interest rate.
Meanwhile, a separate criminal probe of Letitia James by the Department of Justice is being conducted out of the Albany, New York office against James for her politically motivated lawfare against the National Rifle Association and agaomst President Trump.

Letitia James is not the only one who needs to go to jail for the Stalin Show Trials in Manhattan. Corrupt Soros DA Alvin Bragg needs to join her there, as do a couple of crooked partisan Democrat judges who abused power in those two Manhattan cases. They all need to be locked up and the key thrown away.
